Race Description:
The Gillie Girl Sprint Triathlon is located 1 mile off of Route 5 near West Hill Golf Course on Ike Dixon Road between Sands Road and Gillie Brook Road. The course includes a 1/2 miles swim in the natural spring fed Gillie Lake, a relatively flat 14-mile bike route and a spectator-friendly 5k run. This is a great event for all women, first time racers, seasoned triathletes and relay teams.

Like all other endurance events, the Gillie Girl Sprint Triathlon relies on the great effort of our volunteers. If you would like to volunteer for the Gillie Girl Sprint Triathlon, click on the volunteer button at the top of the screen.

This will be the 2019 Course:

After reviewing the adjustments made to the roads, we feel it offers our athletes a better course, much more scenic with the same basic road profile.   If there is any construction on the course between now and race day, we will revert back to the 2015 course.   As of now, we don’t foresee a change.
